These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chrishaircut.com and the booking services offered by Chris Hair Cut ("we," "us," "our"). By booking an appointment, creating an account, submitting a review, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit a review on this site. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should arrange and be present for your appointment.

Booking Appointments

• Appointments booked through this site are requests and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice.
• You may book as a guest or by creating a free account. An account is not required to book.
• If you book as a guest using an email address that matches an existing account, we'll automatically link that booking to your account.
• If you book by phone, text, or in person, Chris may enter your appointment into this system on your behalf — the same Terms and Privacy Policy apply to those appointments.
• Please provide accurate contact information — inaccurate details may result in your appointment not being honored.
• We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at our discretion, including for repeated no-shows or abusive conduct.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments, or a refusal of future service.
• We are not responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect contact information provided at booking.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed on the site are accurate at the time of booking but may change without notice for future appointments.
• Payment is collected in person at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• This site does not process or store payment card information.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. This action is permanent and also deletes any reviews you've submitted. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to past appointment records.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Reviews

• Reviews may only be submitted for appointments you have actually completed with us.
• Reviews must be honest, non-defamatory, and free of harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
• By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your review text, rating, name, and any photo you upload on this website and in related promotional materials, until you delete the review or your account.
• If approved, your review is displayed publicly along with your name, rating, comment, and any photo you uploaded.
• We reserve the right to hide or remove any review that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.
• You may delete your own review at any time.
• Photos uploaded with a review must be your own, under 5MB, and must not depict illegal content or third parties without their consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other accounts, or our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking or account information
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's functionality or security

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Chris Hair Cut unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• This site and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris Hair Cut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Chris Hair Cut regarding your use of this site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
